1. All adult volunteers over the age of 18 have had mandatory Safeguarding God's children training, a background check, and include Youth Ministers, Camp Counselors, School Teachers, and Priests. Some have First Aid and CPR training.
  2. There will be a staff nurse on duty at all times.
  3. There will be a security guard nearby at all times, to escort when needed.
  4. Your Child should wear clothes that are appropriate for both indoor and outside play.
  5. For field trips, children will need good walking shoes, a backpack with raingear, sunglasses, sun screen, and any money you provide to spend in gift shops.
  6. Any medication the child needs should be in a waterproof, well marked container. The Childs name, time and amount of dosage should be easily read. All medication should be turned in at daily registration.
  7. In case of emergency and if it necessary to contact your child, ask for Jeffri Harre at the Discovery Center in the Exhibit hall. He has all personal numbers of the Come and Grow with Me leadership team.
  8. Your child will have a name tag with emergency contact and allergies . They will wear this at ALL times
  9. In addition, your child's information will be with the group at all times and in all places.
  10. All activities offered will use differentiated learning styles.
We will taking field trips to the following places during the program (please see scheduel for specific days):
COSI (Center of Science and Industry)
Columbus Zoo
Columbus Art Museum
Franklin Park Conservatory
